CADA's mission is: To prevent the abuse of alcohol, drugs, and other addictive substances in order to promote and support healthy individuals, families, and safe communities. CADA's mission is achieved through education, intervention, information, and referral services. CADA envisions a community that comprehends and strives to prevent and reduce the adverse effects of addiction and abuse of alcohol and other drugs.
