Like all great ideas, Sheltery was born out of discovery. A discovery of value.The year is 2016 and Azzizzat would witness the quelling of a dire situation with the use of land as collateral. That little light bulb of ideas turned on.Azzizzat in that statement discovered the three values of land. The value derived from mineral properties underground, the value of the soil above, and the value of the structure on the land (buildings).Studying real estate took up Azzizzat's time. She had found her way to create value in the world. She wanted to make herself an expert so, she threw herself into books written by real estate investors. She read about the real-life workings of assets and liabilities. She followed real estate seminars and undertook semi-formal instructions in real estate practice.In 2019, Azzizzat closed her first deal and started her own real estate agency.This is us.
