National Medical Care Company was established in 2003 as a Closed Joint Stock Company owned by the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) and a group of private shareholders. In 2013, the company was publicly listed and registered on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) with ticker symbol "CARE". GOSI remains a major investor in Care with 35.1% ownership. Our team consists of ~3,000 full time healthcare practitioners, administrators and support staff distributed among its 2 healthcare facilities and a headoffice building all based in Riyadh. The company owns and operates: Riyadh Care Hospital (RCH), Care National Hospital (CNH).
