The businesses are able to promote special offers and incentives "over the air" by automatically updating the app with a new offer and then sending out a push message to let customers know that there is a new offer on the app. We added deep social media integration, an ability to share products and services and menu items as well as enabling Click-to-Call and Click-to- Email features, all designed to offer maximum opportunity for the customer to engage with the business.
