Our recruiters are supported by international sourcing in all 7 Manuvia countries.Our response is fast. Our initial interview with a client starts the project. Once we understand the client´s recruitment needs and priorities, we identify sourcing channels and start to deliver the first names of potential candidates. We talk to the candidates and present the best of the candidates to the client. Working with regular feedback from both partner sides, the client´s and the candidate´s, we invite the most suitable candidates to the next rounds of the selection process. As consultants, we guide our partners through challenges, managing their expectations and sharing our job market knowledge with them.
