Commodity Brokers Europe Ltd is a Sugar Commodities Company established as a Joint Venture with a number of Brazilian COOP's who have more than 50 years of export and trading experience. Our coop is one of only 15 which is in the Brazilian federal program and as such benefits from special rates for all CIF exports on a contract basis. We are allocation holders with access to over 70 refineries supplying ICUMSA 45 and nearly 2.4 million MT's of raw 800/1200 Sugar. Commodity Brokers Europe Ltd's activities are mainly focused on the marketing, distribution and trading of ICUMSA Sugar products. The company is growing and is currently seeking to expand its activities. To that end Commodity Brokers Europe Ltd is actively in negotiations to purchase several Sugar refineries. These strategic purchases will allow us to protect and expand our existing contracts for Sugar, as well as give us a strong foothold in the Ethanol market.
