Libya Oil Egypt is engaged in the marketing and distribution of petroleum products and derivatives, operates in the oil retail sector through the ownership and management of service stations, and is also involved in the Marine and Aviation sectors.The company entered a partnership with Total in 2012 to form a JV entitling Libya Oil Egypt to hold a 35% interest in operating the Oil Products Storage and Blending Alexandria – OPSBA. OPSBA is a lubricants blending plant with annual production capacity of 40,000 cm and 8,000 cm of oil products storage capacity.
