Our core services focus on providing management and advisory services to homeowner associations on amenity improvements, enhancements and revitalization; project management, quality assurance and quality control oversight to site development companies; and assisting corporate sureties on real estate related issues. Pearson Development Solutions opened for business in the spring of 2009. Our skills include a thorough and in depth knowledge of real estate planning and development, site development, residential and commercial construction, project management, financial analysis and planning and an expertise in sales, marketing, and business management. More recently, PDS has established strategic partnerships to afford us the ability to undertake the installation of new community amenities as well as rehabilitating and invigorating existing community features. Our offerings include the installation of playground equipment, pavilions & gazebos, shade structures, sports courts (tennis, basketball, volleyball, etc.), as well as the maintenance and repair of pools, and more.
