Rubicon was founded as a result of having worked in the Security Industry for a number of years, it soon became apparent that the training and those employed in the industry were of adequate standard but lacked professionalism in a high number of cases. We wanted to raise the level of the individuals within the industry and are passionate about employing personnel who have had the best possible training before development.We are a fast growing training provider based in the heart of Cardiff Bay.
