VTIQS (vee ticks) is a recent internet based startup venture helping agencies and companies reduce the overhead of recruiting. What we are NOT offering: It's important to highlight this from the start. We are NOT offering a CV-keyword search system. We realise that most recruiters have an ATS system, and this is not what we are about. Our service complements and is in addition to this - or can replace it. Neither do we advertise the job for you. What we ARE offering We have developed an online question and scoring system to create a league table of candidates that have applied for a job. It's a form of automatic CV filtering, the idea being that a recruitment consultant starts at the top of the table and quickly finds the best candidates rather than wading through hundreds of CVs. Note that candidates can be filtered regardless of how many job boards you place a job on and we don't stop the cv's coming in, we just tell you which ones to look at first. Pricing is per vacancy regardless of how many applicants you have and the tests have been checked so that the answers cannot be Googled. This system is best suited for positions where there are many applicants (eg Software testing, Project management). Note that we do all the setup for you as part of the service. We currently offer a free trial - free as in "free beer" . If you give us one job spec we'll set it up on our system for you, and you can take the test as though you were a candidate to see how it works from their perspective. Once happy with it, you run it for that vacancy to see if the whole process works for you. Pricing Base pricing starts at £150 per vacancy for a key skills test and a free aptitude test, the in-depth technical test which includes the key skills and aptitude test starts at £300.
