Whilst our hotel products offering consist of leading consumer brands, we also offer our own quality brands PLISC™ and Pacific Oztralasia™. Our Australian made and imported hotel supplies are export packed in Melbourne and shipped overseas to major hotel chains across Asia Pacific and around Australia. As Leaders In Sustainable Consumables (PLISC™), we stock a range of environmentally friendly Paper Products, Tableware, Linen and general hotel supplies. Some of our hotel products are manufactured from recycled materials and have been designed to extend their useful life by our manufacturers adhering to strict quality guidelines. These sustainability principles make our hotel supplies extremely competitive and reduce the need to re-order. Integral to our quality offering as suppliers to hotels is our high level of customer service. We offer a 24 hour, seven days a week service ensuring our customer orders are processed immediately. Responses to quotations for hotel supplies are provided within 48 hours using comprehensive distribution contracts , benchmarked to key performance indicators (KPI), to ensure the level of our Service delivery.
