SmartWork has been awarded full membership of The Freelancer and Contractor Services Association (FCSA), demonstrating that it fully complies with the trade body's strict code of compliance. To qualify as a full member, a firm undergoes rigorous testing carried out by professionally qualified independent experts who are regulated accountants and solicitors with significant knowledge of the sector. The review is evidence-based and includes assessment of the applicant's business structure, financials, services, operations, policies and processes. SmartWork employs its flexible employees on a genuine permanent employment contract. We deduct full PAYE, tax and National Insurance contributions and sit entirely outside the MSC legislation and any connected liabilities or debt transfer provision. Our workers are not affected by the IR35 legislation, so bringing full peace of mind to Agencies and End-Clients. SmartWork provides its flexible employees with a comprehensive, 7 days a week, 8am–8pm support service. We take new enquiries from Agencies and Clients, conclude contracts, receive timesheets, process all invoices and expenses, and provide all other aspects of our service guaranteed under the unique SmartWork SLA.Today's flexible workers and both the Agency and End-Client can totally rely on SmartWork to provide market-leading services in an efficient, risk-free and SLA-guaranteed manner.
