Our head office is located in Minato-ku's Toranomon area, which is situated adjacent to the Kasumigaseki government office area in the center of Tokyo. Since we are a non-profit organization, we do not have "capital funds" like ordinary stock companies. Instead, we have reserve funds of 1.6 billion yen. We are supervised by three ministries, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of Land ,Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. The number of employees totals 554 including the management. Among the employees, there are 260 certified real estate appraisers and 26 first-class licensed architects. In every aspect, such as the number of appraisers, sales revenue, and accumulated track record, we are the number one real estate appraisal company in Japan.
