At Part Time Athletes, we understand that with many roles, people elect to cut exercise first. Our mission is to empower individuals to remain consistent and motivated to achieve their health and fitness goals. This is done through 1-on-1 personal training, group fitness classes (bootcamps) or sport-specific training.
