Qualla is a Barcelona-based startup that is revolutionizing school and families connections, providing more security, flexibility and control to the whole daily processes, making them easier, faster and safer. Our focus is on complementing current ERP systems that schools are already using, looking for a confortable implementation.In this way we've developed a mobile, web and tablet application that allows families and schools to connect. Our flagships is to provide certain authorizations to schools in the way to allow parents to authorize third parties to pick up their children at school exit (neighbours, relatives, etc.), but nowadays that's just a part of this pioneer system. From the first moment, we've been working close with schools, looking for the contrast of their specific needs. With the aim of define our development roadmap, Qualla has grown in many features: kid's pickup, arrivals, diseases or absences, extracurriculars, authorizations, lunch or breakfast, panic button, etc…. Nowadays, we are pleased in the light of the results to have achieved successfully deployed Qualla to different educational centers and we're encouraged that our system will continue to get fully met school expectations. Qualla's solution is based on two different modules: one on the family side with a mobile application for Android and iOS, on the school side, the system is composed of two modules (tablet and web app) which gather and show the necessary information for the school to handle every daily step, with all necessary guarantees.Qualla aims at becoming a reference for education centres when it comes to our children security and our goal is to keep growing and improving our solutions altogether with our customers.Ask us for a test or for a visit to a school user, we're sure to contribute to a confortable school life (parents, teacher and schools); Test it and you will notice. Qualla was awarded first prize in UPC entrepreneurship competition.
