Back then, everyone cooked food from scratch and Vinny enjoyed delivering groceries and fresh produce with grandpa. After his military service he went on to open his first pizzeria and grew that into a group of Italian restaurants and brought his renowned recipes to Phoenix where he won peoples choice for best pizza. Casa d'Erba is a leader in all natural home made meals.In 2012, after a brief but boring retirement, he teamed up with Ottavio "Tass" Tassielli to form Casa d'Erba seasonings with an Italian twist. Where the consumer buys the seasonings and make a all natural meal at home.
