Artesanos Gallegos de la Carne, which focuses on selling and distributing meat products, was created by the collaboration of two organizations that made possible to integrate all phases of livestock production, processing and marketing:Artesáns Gandeiros, S.C.G.: 2nd grade cooperative comprising ten member cooperatives, with over 4,000 producers, to whom it provides cattle marketing and consulting services.Carcosa-La Coruña, S.A.: A business with more than 25 years' experience in the sale and distribution of meat. It has a large fleet of trucks which it has been operating as a public service.Artesanos Gallegos de la Carne has modern 4,500 m2 facilities that include the latest technology in the industry. Here we bone, carve, fillet, chop, mince and produce meat preparations. Our products are available in bulk, packaged, and in vacuum and modified atmosphere packaging, in accordance with the specifications and/or formats stipulated by each customer.
