INDUSS are leading manufacturers of paddy parboiling, steaming and drying plants in Kolkata India, for the last 45 years from 50 tons to 1500 tons per day.INDUSS has commissioned more than 3500 projects in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka & Nigeria, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia and Iran. MORE THAN 20 MILLION TONS OF PADDY IS PROCESSED ANNUALLY WITH INDUSS PLANTS. Plants are designed to ensure uniform colour, minimum brokens, & no smell. Induss parboiling process ensures soaking is completed within 3 to 5 hrs. depending on the grain. INDUSS offers semi-automatic and full automatic parboiling with cookers. Our cookers ensure lower brokens and uniform colour.INDUSS now offers Husk Fired Furnace for drying of raw and parboiled paddy, with husk savings of upto 20% compared to boilers. One furnace can run 4 driers simultaneously Raw Paddy and is PLC controlled.INDUSS has introduced a ‘ WATER RECYCLE SYSTEM‘ where the discharged water from the parboil tanks is reused for further batches without affecting quality, smell or bacteria growth of the rice.
