The Culinary Lab (TCL) is a brand wholly owned by Kitchen Kemistry Pvt. Ltd (KKPL), a boutique catering and culinary events company based in India. The team comprises some of the most creative and talented professionals in the industry with a wealth of experience in high-end catering, niche pop-ups, bespoke private dining, and culinary event management.The Culinary Lab provides catering services to private and corporate clients across India. Along with this, the TCL team combines trend research, innovative ideation, and industry expertise to offer consulting services to food-based businesses. We launched Deli 16 - Cafe & Bakehouse @Aurobindo Place Market, New Delhi 110016., in November '20. The idea behind this small take-away is to bring closer the concept of a warm neighbourhood deli, where people can walk in, grab a cup of coffee prepared by our baristas and some savouries to go along with it, or pick fresh bread, preserves, and cheese for their homes. What makes us stand out from the rest is the idea of bringing local and sustainable brands on board, promoting the very idea of sustainability and not just our offerings.2020 also saw us taking over the culinary management of The Barn @Chattarpur, New Delhi.
