BBI's initiatives are grounded in our original, large-scale qualitative research with sitting board directors to capture best practices of the most diverse boards in the country. These findings will be distilled into a comprehensive report with actionable ways for boards to bring on diverse talent. This is especially important as boards have the power to drive more equitable workplaces and contribute to thriving communities. This data will also be used to help aspiring directors find seats in the boardroom and to help businesses both recruit and capitalize on candidates with different backgrounds and perspectives.
