McPhee Associates is a custom design-build company located in East Dennis on Cape Cod, MA. This year, 2022, marks our 50 year anniversary. Our family has been designing and building new homes, additions and renovating homes on Cape Cod since 1972. Our job as a Cape Cod custom design-build company is to listen to the custom home or remodeling objectives of our clients and then work with you to develop a plan that meets those objectives. Your satisfaction as a client is assured through our comprehensive approach – from concept and design, to construction and landscaping; all components necessary to let you move in with the maximum enjoyment of a problem-free construction experience.To ensure a smooth and stress-free project, we adhere to the following: joint review of plans and specifications prior to the start of a project; review of a "selection checklist," which spells out all the specifications clients are responsible for selecting; weekly e-mails that include photos and reports on the progress of your project; assisting you with any and all selections of materials, goods and services – from shingles to tiles, plumbing fixtures to the mailbox; state-of-the-art 3D computerized design plans that allow you to see your project from all design angles.
