Amela Consulting, a training strategy and management company, specializes in creating learning solutions to support strategic change initiatives and IT implementations for enterprise-wide programming. Our vision is to provide an open forum for learners. We welcome contributions and input through discussions, Q&A, and possible interactions that involve the learner in the learning process and development.The constructivist approach will allow us to create a learner-centered environment and enable the learner to explore and discover on their own. We will assist our community of practice by attempting to remove obstacles hindering the creation of transformative social learning.The greatest task is within our hands to communicate information and ideas that can be combined together and delivered to leadership to make positive, impactful decisions. We believe this dialogue of ever changing skills, knowledge, and abilities radiates from all directions.So our purpose is to transform the complex landscape of information and opportunity to build individual capacity for the greatest good. We aim to communicate a practical framework for understanding and proactively addressing training and Implementation challenges. We will also list some of the services that project training teams can provide during IT implementations. We intend to express some of the value added services training can provide across projects and build upon organizational capacity.
