Installation Program OverviewNEI's Customer facing programs provide pre-installation visits, project management, physical installation of products, on-site testing, Customer training, deployment, and maintenance service on an annual or as needed basis.Installation Program Objectives:- Ensure an installation and service experience for the Customer that aligns with the values and expectations of our Client.- Provide full visibility and accountability metrics that secure confidence in brand integrity, installation processes, and Customer satisfaction. - Leverage NE Installer's qualified and tenured Installation Network to the benefit of all parties as Brand Ambassadors on the behalf of our Client.
