We created The Regimen to provide more people with an affordable resource to get fit, and stay fit without having to go to a gym, hire a personal trainer, or do the same workout over and over again like on a DVD. Through The Regimen you can workout at home, at work, and while traveling by conveniently logging in and pressing play. You can even link your computer to your television with an S-Cable. Also, because we know everyone is motivated by different songs, The Regimen videos have no background music. Play your own music when you workout with us to help motivate you and keep you pumped up!People plateau because they continue to do the same routine daily and stop seeing results. Here, you have the option to take a different class every day and to adjust the difficulty level so your workout is always just what you need. All of our effective and efficient workouts include cardio, strength, balance, agility, quickness, and flexibility with a concentration on the core. Each day you will have exercises that target each one of these groups. To ensure that you are prepared to move to the next level, we require you to take 10 Easy classes before graduating to Medium, and 10 Medium classes before reaching Hard.
