In early 2019 two friends came up with the wild idea to create fragrance with the visuals and quality of high end brands but making it affordable so that everyone is able to experience the products.We then founded oullu on the belief that fragrance is able to translate, evoke, and indulge the world of memories and emotions. Our products are created with the modern Indonesian in mind, to provide original scents with a contemporary aesthetic at affordable prices, without compromising on quality.That's when "oullu represents everyone" came about. We wanted to create fragrances which can evoke something within everyone; be it mood, nostlagia, or even a persona. Our desire to share this journey with people have led us here.
