His stint at Edelweiss saw him play the role of a growth partner, supporting quantum growth in revenue (72 Cr. to 1088 Cr. ) through people growth (320 to 1800+). Prior to Edelweiss, Swaran led various Organization Development (OD), Strategy meetings and training assignments on leadership, change management, management development programmes (MDP), amongst others in the capacity of a OD consultant. He continues to be leadership consultant for Edelweiss Capital Ltd and is also empanelled with the London Speaker bureau.
