Since 1999, CouthIT has been helping customers transform their ideas into real-time robust software solutions. We license specialized, pre-built, highly optimized software modules in the areas of VoIP and speech & audio codecs, and provide software optimization and customization services for multimedia applications. Our target customers are OEMs & ODMs looking for support on embedded software modules on various DSP platforms. We offer flexible business models tailored to the requirements of our customers. CouthIT has two business units. The Embedded Software Group focuses on developing highly optimized software solutions for specific processors (e.g., TI or ARM® DSP cores) with very low memory footprint and very high speed of execution. This group has an advanced-level domain expertise in DSP and multimedia codecs. The Application Software Group focuses on developing highly scalable software applications which run on top of Linux® or Windows® operating systems. This group has an advanced-level domain expertise in healthcare and data mining applications. In August 2013, CouthIT was appraised as a Level 3 CMMI organization.
