Jenn Ozawa is the Founder and Director of On Point Realty. Jenn grew-up in Denver, Colorado and moved to Seattle after taking a road trip during a perfect PNW summer. While not planned, the road trip never ended. Jenn remained in the PNW and has called Seattle ‘home' for over seventeen years.Jenn Ozawa attended Western Washington University where she earned a B.A. in Human Services and later earned a Master's of Social Work and certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Washington. Jenn is a life-long learner, dedicated to giving back so she is honored to fill the role of Part-Time Lecturer at the University of Washington in her free time. Jenn's educational background gave her expertise in advocating for others, understanding systemic barriers which prevent communities from building generational wealth and access to homeownership, as well as a keen ability to listen and get results for her clients.For many, 2020 has been a time for great reckoning and reflection. After dedicating over sixteen years to social work and public service, specifically working in various housing programs, managing public funds, as well as dabbling in real estate investments/land lording. Jenn decided to take her love for connecting people the place they call "home" by launching - On Point Realty.Breaking down barriers to home ownership, and being the best advocate possible for each of her clients is Jenn's new mission.
