Welcome!, My name is Paola Ricca and I am a professional trainer and coach expert in metacognition and talent development.WHAT IS THE FREENAUTA TALENT CENTER?The FreeNauta Talent Center is the point where my story, as founder of the FreeNauta Positive Learning project, meets that of many other professionals, distinguished by the passion for the new frontiers of learning and for their approaches oriented to promote the psycho - emotional development of kids.The purpose of the FreeNauta Talent Center page is to put together many different voices of experts, to provide an exhaustive overview of the infinite potential of learning.THE BEGINNINGWhen I started proposing empowerment programs for school-age children, I immediately integrated metacognition, to enhance mental processes, and talent-centered coaching, to strengthen self-esteem and motivation.AN IMPORTANT DISCOVERYOver time, I have realized, that to help children, we have to promote their emotional and psychological awareness.MANY SIGNIFICANT ENCOUNTERS, ONE COMMON THEMEAt each stage of this enchanting voyage of discovery, I have come into contact with many significant disciplines able to enhance the learning and wellbeing of young people: such as meditation, didactic theater, vedic mathematics, concentration and breathing techniques of eastern origin and many more.THE CHALLENGE THAT WE CAN NOT IGNOREToday I am struck by the potential of each of these disciplines, but also by their scarce dissemination, especially in Italy, even among the most attentive parents and teachers.This is why I inaugurated the project the "FreeNauta Talent Center", the virtual space that brings together and gives voice to all the protagonists of the learning frontiers whose aim is increasing kids opportunities to live happy lives.NOTE!
