Mitchel Design was founded by principals Howard Shernoff and Mitchell Shernoff in 2000 in Tallinn, Estonia, and quickly became the country's leading mid-size creative firm. Since that time, the firm has changed in shape, size and locale including Telluride and Los Angeles.
