Prep & Position is a leadership training business that focuses on the soft skills needed to help your managers and employers succeed, not only in their work but personally as well. We know that when people are confident personally they are also better at helping their business teams succeed as well. We offer on-site training and team building with what we call a mobile ropes course. This is a low level, safe, and portable environment that encourages participants to stretch themselves and look for opportunities to engage their team members so that everyone sees the value of working together and looking for additional ways to do so. Further, we also offer private coaching services for small business owners, married couples, individuals, and leaders. We know that personal issues can get in the way of focused success.
