Global Success Foundation is an NGO with the mission of empowering people with the right kind of skill set that would help them face the world with confidence. Founded by the social entrepreneur, Sachin Adhikari, it is conceived around the belief that every individual has the potential to add value to the society, given the right kind of environment to grow. Mr. Adhikari believes that to bring about change in the society, one should start by changing the mindset of the individuals and this can reflect in all aspects of their lives, whether personal or professional. Global Success Foundation is committed to helping the youth in India in Employability Development. Sachin Adhikari envisions an entrepreneur in every Indian. Global Success Foundation is taking initiatives to provide appropriate training and mentoring to help individuals take up entrepreneurship and set up microenterprises of their own. A unique initiative by the organization, Silvers Unlimited helps senior citizens to become independent, by encouraging them to share their ideas, experience, knowledge and thoughts that they have earned throughout their lives with others. This acts as an opportunity for them to earn a living for themselves. Another initiative is Awake Nation, which is a platform for the society to support social causes and take action against issues that plague the societal framework. Thus, through various initiatives, Global Success Foundation aims at bringing transformation in the society by motivating individuals to become responsible citizens, efficient professionals, whether in service or self-employed. It is the dream of the organization to touch as many lives as possible through their programs to ensure that every individual is trained and empowered to be able to achieve their dreams and fulfill their passion.
