In the early 1980's Becky Peters and Pam Goodman were not only caring for a handful of aging clients, they were managing their care, from finances and safety to social interactions. There wasn't an agency in Santa Cruz County that did this kind of comprehensive, all-inclusive service, and only a few on the entire West Coast. So with a $12,000 loan and a solid plan for the future, they founded Lifespan, a comprehensive aging care management agency dedicated to providing the highest quality and most cost-effective care.
