What sets ZG apart is the fantastic support system of qualified trainers and a tightknit community of members. At ZG Health we know that everyone deserves to feel good about their wellbeing, and we make sure each member is in a safe and comfortable environment so that they can become the best version of themselves. We offer classes in cardio, weight training, HIIT, pilates, yoga, and Zumba but we are much more than a gym; ZG Health is a place where people learn how to get healthy inside and out, with education on how weight gain happens and what we can do to reverse that process.
