Carle&Montanari-OPM now becomes SACMI PACKAGING & CHOCOLATE Today the Carle & Montanari-OPM and CM-FIMA companies become global partners in the chocolate industry through the new Sacmi Packaging & Chocolate Division. The newly introduced Division, representing a new organisational model, is to promote and market the historical brands of the individual Group companies which have made history in the Italian chocolate and packaging industry: Carle&Montanari, OPM and FIMA. Specifically, Carle & Montanari is to operate the Process & Moulding business unit, and along with FIMA the Wrapping business unit. OPM is to operate the Primary & Secondary Packaging business units. Now Sacmi Packaging&Chocolate is a company able to provide complete turnkey solutions for the chocolate world, from the chocolate processing until the end-of-line packaging and to serve several applications as confectionary, bakery, other foods, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries with wrapping and packaging solutions.
