New College Leicester is a community college serving over 900 students and is based towards the west of Leicester city. It is a Foundation School with a Charitable Trust. The Trust, Governors and all of the staff at the school are passionate about our mission to provide an education of the highest quality which develops all students to achieve their full potential. We understand that individual students have individual talents with a variety of hopes and aspirations. It is our job to ensure that each one grows and flourishes here at New College Leicester. Our most valuable resource is our staff; whether they are teachers, support staff or volunteers, they contribute to the students' welfare and progress. We only employ people who share our energy and passion about making a difference to the lives of young people. We give all our staff and volunteers the support, challenge and training for the work they do in the College to ensure that their work meets the high quality and standards we expect. We are proud of our links with the local community and eager to grow and develop these further.
