This women's system teaches that Women are Hubs of family, community, and culture.Our programs help women build core strength and advance their self-care and relationship repertoires. We provide methods and tools for managing moods, feelings and emotions. You will learn how to use the untapped power and wisdom in your body to deal with stress and challenges more quickly and effectively.Our programs and trainings come out of 25-year research of women's healing and transformative leadership. To facilitate women's progress, we revived a family-based women's training from ancient China that offers new information about the essential differences between women and men. From this deep well of wisdom, we share insights on how women can best support their relationships to actualize their greatest love and potential.
