In the programming stage a series of important technical documents are generated, such as the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), the Work Schedule (Gantt with Crtical Path Method), cash flow chart, adquisition chart, equipment and material submittals, detailed budget, among others.Cost estimate, programming and value engineering techniques are used to give support to the Customer in all stages during the execution proccess, and with recommendations of the design criteria in order to align the goals and targets of the Client. During the execution, a series of control procedures are used to ensure quality and efficiency. Performance is measured periodically, following LEAN CONSTRUCTION Technics.
