Based on extensive development work, a revolutionary wire and cooling method for coils has been developed which doubles the power of machines and is a broad enabler for machines in mobility and atomization. Our direct cooling technology capcooltech® doubles the power density of e-machine and massively reduces cost per kW of output. Capcooltech® system is composed of an electric motor with capcooltech®-wire-coils and a capcooltech® box, a coolant pump, heat exchanger and a control unit. Comprehensive IP strategy with 2 granted patents and 6 patent application. The initial market focus is on the most rapidly growing market segment (48V vehicle propulsion systems and commercial vehicle) where the innovation is "irresistible" - getting more power ar lower cost.
