Our 12,000 square foot facility houses state of the art equipment in CNC Machining. Our CNC machining equipment includes CNC 5-Axis Milling and CNC 7-Axis Turning Machines. Our quality assurance program is one of the best! We utilize a 4-Axis Mitutoyo CMM in our inspection department. Pronto Tool & Die Co. also is one of the largest metal stamping houses on Long Island. We are not only able to run high production stamping but we are also able to build and maintain the dies we run. We manufacture components for a wide variety of industries: aerospace, military, locomotive, medical, oil and gas, electronics, energy, transportation, automotive, motorcylce, and plastics.
