Bronx Community Health Network (BCHN) is a non-profit community-based organization and Federally Funded Health Center that is changing lives every day. BCHN assures access to quality, affordable medical, oral and behavioral health care and related diagnostic and social support services at 20 network health centers, for over 96,000 children and adults, regardless of their ability to pay, immigration or other status.
