Is a 3-part process of Evaluation, Stabilization and Fostering each client, preparing them to make decisions for long term recovery. Through assessment screenings each client will have an individualized treatment plan, using medicine, psychiatry, counseling and therapy in order for our clients to have physical, mental and emotional stabilityThe evaluation process consists of testing each client for which substances are being used, the concentration of each substance and screening for any co-occurring mental and physical conditions. Liberty House Recovery will complete a comprehensive assessment of each client psychological, medical, and social situation for us to determine the appropriate level of care, following the detox process of withdrawal.Once our evaluation is completed, we will begin the stabilization process, including medical and psychologically assisting the client through the acute in toxification and withdrawal to a place where the client is medically stable, fully supported, and free from all substances. Some of these processes of stabilization are assisted with medication. Clients will be educated on the process of the detox, treatment milieu and the role of longer-term care after detox. With a release of confidentiality, we will encourage our clients to include client's family, employers, and the significant others in the process of recoveryStabilization is so very important in the process, but we believe that fostering the client to make healthy choices for themselves to take the next step into residential is vital to long term recovery. At this phase in the process our clients write out a written contract to themselves and to the families of their commitment to continue their recovery journey. We care about everyone that walks through the door of Liberty House Recovery. Our staff meets each client with understanding, love, and compassion
