Jeffers has three catalogs distributed to customers every change of season. The three catalogs are for Pet Supplies, Equine Supplies, and Livestock Supplies. In 1999, Jeffers ventured into the online world with JeffersPet.com and quickly became popular with customers who were previously buying through the catalog as well as a whole new audience. Since '99, the website has been continuously improved with customer feedback playing a key role in these changes. All orders from the Jeffers.com website as well as from the 85 seat Call Center are filled from our 120,000 square foot warehouse in Dothan, Alabama.
