The business has been rebranded to align with Ricardo's united global strategy. Managing Director, Deane Ellwood and the existing leadership team will continue to lead the business together with the support of the Company's employees.The PLC Consulting business was founded in Melbourne in 2015/2016 offering planning, environment and infrastructure advisory consultancy services operating out of Melbourne with affiliated offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.
