We believe in a lifestyle change, not fad diets or cutting corners. We make the impossible, possible for ordinary, everyday people. Transform is our now infamous programme where were challenge qualifying clients to lose 20lbs in 6 weeks. All our training is delivered in high octane classes with our professional trainers. No machines, no potions, no complicated equipment. Just a commitment to help people realise their potential. We currently have 5 studios across England; Newcastle, Cramlington, Stockton, Durham and Leeds.
