Ascent Leadership Program is recruiting college graduate leaders for a 2.5 year program to be matched with senior leadership roles at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants. Ascent Leaders will receive personal mentorship by the owner of the restaurant, as well as learn about high performance leadership through an online course where they will apply those lessons in their full-time, decision-making role as a member of a restaurant's leadership team. Prior restaurant experience is not required.
