Core Façade Delivery Management is a Sydney based team of facade delivery professionals, including multi-disciplinary designers, engineers, project delivery and construction management specialists, with extensive experience in the design and construction of some of the largest recent projects in Australia. The Core team has a background in facade consulting, specialist facade contracting and construction delivery.Core has been formed with the aim of providing an alternative to the status quo, offering a ‘concept-to-completion' facade delivery service to the industry, working on behalf of the client, principal contractor or specialist facade contractor. Core are unique in the facade market, with the capability to offer an all-encompassing concept through to detailed design, engineering, management, construction supervision and site delivery service. This allows our clients to achieve consistent high quality delivery methods, with the potential to realise tangible cost efficiencies and increased competition for manufacture and ongoing value management opportunities.Core can offer the following project services:- Early industry involvement from concept design through to facade tender award on behalf of the Client/Principal Contractor;- Concept design-to-completion local delivery management services on behalf of the Client/Principal Contractor, using alternative procurement models whereby the facade product is procured using a ‘Design & Supply Only' model;- Tender-to-completion local delivery management services on behalf of the Specialist Facade Contractor, using traditional or alternative procurement models.
