At This Most Unbelievable Life, we believe life is unbelievable: it's unbelievably beautiful; it's unbelievably difficult; it's unbelievably surprising; it's unbelievably complicated; it's unbelievably personal; and it's unbelievably shared. We also believe that our culture is pre-conditioned to miss the point. We see a culture of unbelievable busyness, where self-value is too often conflated with use-value, where self-care is treated as a privilege and a luxury, not a fundamental necessity. We struggle against culture and institutions that are driven by fears of scarcity and that dehumanize others in the name of profit and efficiency. We want to envision new answers to Mary Oliver's question, for ourselves and for those in the communities we share.
