When your guests call, our friendly and intelligent virtual assistant picks up the phone and allows guests to make a reservation efficiently, through a natural conversation.The assistant integrates with your reservation platform to retrieve live availability and to be able to automatically book reservations into your system. When a preferred time is fully booked it suggests alternatives. When a booking is completed, the assistant sends a confirmation SMS, including a link to amend or cancel the reservation.Currently, our assistant is available in Dutch and English and works with the Formitable reservation platform.
