AboutEnergize Fitness is run by husband and wife team Paul and Natalie.Paul has been in the health and fitness industry for over 16 years, holding different roles within various settings including private PT studios, commercial gyms, mobile and country club hotels.Natalie has worked within sales for the last 12 years specialising in business development and is currently studying for her Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.When we're not working you'll find us in the gym lifting up heavy things and putting them back down again.The GymWe have created a gym space catering for all. With a cardio suite including treadmills, stepper, cross trainers, bikes and rowing machine you can build your cardio fitness.Our extensive range of resistance machines, plate loaded kit and free weights including dumbbells up to 60kg, deadlift platform and squat racks means you will always have a space to train without queuing in a busy gym.The StudioWe have put together a comprehensive studio timetable with classes ranging from the ever popular spinning right through to strength and conditioning inspired group training.
